What should I wear and bring to my sessions?

What to wear

To all of your sessions, please be sure to wear:

  • Comfortable, breathable workout gear
  • A good pair of training shoes or sneakers

What to bring

If you’ll be coming into the studio for your workouts, please bring:

  • A refillable water bottle
  • A yoga mat*
  • A towel*
