Registered Dietitian

Kelly is a self-proclaimed foodie and the founder of Spectrum Nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia, Kelly has made a career out of her love of food and deep appreciation of “food culture”.

As a registered dietitian, Kelly has seen a very high success rate working with both the general public and those dealing with clinical concerns such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac and food intolerances or allergies.
