Understanding your billing cycle
All of our plans are organized with a 28-day billing cycle. This means that every 4 weeks, you will be charged in advance for one month’s worth of sessions. Based on the weekly session frequency of your chosen plan, you will accumulate one of the following in each billing cycle:
4 sessions (for a 1x per week frequency plan)
8 sessions (for a 2x per week frequency plan)
12 sessions (for a 3x per week frequency plan)
Sessions are intended to be used within 4 weeks of purchase to keep your training consistent. This is known as the “Active Period”. At the end of each Active Period, the next billing date arrives and you will be charged for your next 4 weeks of sessions.
As we know that life happens, all purchases come equipped with a “Rollover Period” of an additional 4 weeks immediately following the Active Period. This is to provide you with a bit of extra time to use your sessions.
As an example, if your billing date is on January 2, you would ideally complete all your sessions by January 29; however, if you are unable to do so, you have a Rollover Period that spans until February 26 to reschedule any unused sessions from that purchase.
