Start exercising on your own with an online training plan that guides you toward your strength, cardio and mobility goals. Whether you have access to a full gym of equipment or just your bodyweight, you’ll find a routine that’s tailored to your fitness needs in our growing library of workouts.
What to expect
Getting set up
All you need to get started is an email address, a smartphone and your body. If you have access to a full gym – great! If not – no problem. Choose your program based on the equipment you have available.
Choosing a program
Our programs range from 2 to 12 weeks and focus on everything from strength to cardio to mobility. Each option is categorized into beginner, intermediate or advanced to guide you on the intensity level.
Completing your workouts
Once you start your program, your daily workouts will be emailed directly to your inbox. You’ll also have access to the TrueCoach App where you’ll have video resources for each exercise as well as a way to log your progress as you go through the program.
This challenge contains bodyweight-only workouts and is perfect for those who want to kick-start their exercise routine at home.
5km Run Program
This program offers a progressive approach for beginner runners to build up to running 10 kilometres. Program includes cross training and 2 runs per week.
10km Run Program
This program is designed for intermediate runners to progress to a 10km route. Program includes cross training and 3 runs per week.
