How do I get started?
The first step to get started is to complete your Client Intake Forms. Once those have been submitted, you will receive an email asking you when you would like to come in for your free Consultation.
Your Consultation is a 45-60 minute meeting that gives us the opportunity to speak with you about what you’re looking to get out of your training program and how we can best support you through that process.
What does your training look like?
Each of our clients is assigned a Case Manager who will direct your full experience with our company. The training you receive is always specific to you and individualized to your goals and current level of fitness.
Is there a long-term commitment to work with you?
There is no long-term commitment to get started with Alive & Well. We always want to ensure your success so if you’re no longer able to continue your program or are unhappy with the service for any reason, we’ll work with you to figure out the best solution for you moving forward.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice of cancellation for all personal training sessions. Any cancellation occurring within 24-hours of your session will be deemed a “Late Cancel” and you will be charged your regular rate for that session.
What is your late policy?
If you are going to be late for a session, please contact your trainer to inform them of the delay. Upon arrival, the appointment will continue for the remainder of the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted your trainer, the session will be deemed a late cancellation.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! If you refer a friend, we give you a $20 credit for the referral and your friend a $20 credit to get started.
