How do I find Alive & Well on social media?

We love building our community and the best way to join in is by following us on Facebook and Instagram.

How do I contact someone about changing an appointment?

You may contact your Case Manager directly at any point via email to change or cancel an appointment or you may phone into the studio at 604-812-6586.

Our studio is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 8:00pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In the event that you are unable to connect with someone via phone, please leave a voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

How do I access my account details?

Simply select Client Login from the footer menu to open our MINDBODY site. Once there, enter the username and password that you created at your consultation to access you account details.

How do I contact someone about billing?

If you have questions about billing, please send an email inquiry to [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.

How do I provide feedback about my experience?

We love hearing from our clients! Your feedback lets us know how we’re doing and that’s invaluable insight for us. If there’s anything we can do to improve your service or if you have a comment or request, please don’t hesitate to reach out by emailing us at [email protected].

How do I request a new account password?

If you have forgotten your account password, select Client Login from the footer menu to open our MINDBODY site. Select the “Need new password?” link and follow the prompts from there.
