How does billing work?

You choose the frequency that you would like to see you trainer and we set up a billing cycle that mirrors that on a 4-week basis. For instance, if you would like to book your appointments at a rate of once a week, you will be billed for four sessions every 28 days.

Alternately, you may choose to pay for your sessions one at a time, in which case you will be charged following each completed session.

What types of payments are supported?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, E-Transfer, cheque and cash.

How secure is my billing information?

For all of our session scheduling and payment processing, we use a third-party system called MINDBODY, which is an industry leader in security. Once your billing information is entered into this site, it is protected through strict adherence to the PCI Data Security Standards.

While the site itself takes high measures to ensure that all of your data is secure, it is still essential that you create a strong password to protect your identity and information.

How do I update my billing details?

Update Credit Card Information

To update the billing details you have on file with us, start by clicking the Client Login option in the footer below and log into your account.

On the “Account” tab, you’ll see a section for billing details. Click the “Edit” button and input the new credit card information. Select Save.

Change Billing Type

To change from one billing type to another, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know that you would like us to update your file with the new billing details.

What are the details to send an E-Transfer?

For full instructions on how to perform an eTransfer, please connect with your financial institution. 

Payment Amount

You may choose to send either a flat amount at each transfer or to pay for a set number of sessions. If paying for sessions, please refer to our current service pricing rates and include 5% GST.

Security Question

The security question and corresponding answer will be discussed at your consultation and provided to you in your Welcome Package.
