How does billing work?
You tell us the frequency that you would like to see you trainer and we set up a billing cycle that mirrors that on a monthly basis. For instance, if you would like to book your appointments at a rate of once a week, we charge you for four sessions at a time. Once all of your pre-paid sessions have been completed, we charge you for your next round.
Alternately, you may choose to pay for your sessions one at a time, in which case you will be charged for each completed session.
What types of payments are supported?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, E-Transfer, cheque and cash.
How secure is my billing information?
For all of our session scheduling and payment processing, we use a third-party system called MINDBODY, which is an industry leader in security. Once your billing information is entered into this site, it is protected through strict adherence to the PCI Data Security Standards.
While the site itself takes high measures to ensure that all of your data is secure, it is still essential that you create a strong password to protect your identity and information.
What are the details to send an E-Transfer?

You may choose to send either a flat amount at each transfer or to pay for a set number of sessions. If paying for sessions, please refer to our current service pricing rates and include 5% GST.
