What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice of cancellation for all personal training sessions. Any cancellation occurring within 24-hours of your session will be deemed a “Late Cancel” and you will be charged your regular rate for that session.

What payment types are supported?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, E-Transfer, cheque and cash.

How do I access my account details?

Select Client Login from the footer below to bring up the Sign In box. Enter the username and password that you created at your consultation to access you account details.
