What better way to celebrate the countdown to Hallow’s Eve than to put down that Pumpkin Spiced Latte and try a different form of PSL…a Plank Squat Lunge combo in this Pumpkin Workout Challenge!

Perform the below sequence with your un-carved pumpkins either as a warm-up before your own workout or as a way to get a little more active in the days leading up to Hallowe’en.

Join the Challenge

When: October 11th to 31st, 2016
What: Complete the Pumpkin Workout as many times as you can in 21 days. Every time you do, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a prize of Alive & Well swag!

Pumpkin Workout Tips

  1. Ditch your workout gear and throw on your best Hallowe’en getup
  2. Start with your smallest pumpkin and work your way up to the bigger sizes
  3. Keep good form and don’t race through any of the movements
  4. Don’t drop your pumpkin…things get messy
