Personal identification information is information about you as an individual. This includes information that identifies you and that can be used to contact you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and the like. If you have communicated to us information about your past with exercise, your health and fitness goals and/or your past and present health conditions, this information is also included in your personal identification information.
Alive & Well Personal Training may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
to improve customer service and help us respond to your inquiries, requests and support-needs more efficiently;
to personalize the user experience by understanding how the services and resources provided on our Site are being used;
to invite you to participate in surveys, promotions or contests that assist us in catering our services more to your needs;
to understand your fitness and other related needs and objectives and to assist you in achieving them;

Alive & Well Personal Training may also collect information regarding the services you use so that we may continue to offer you the best options for your success.
We want to hear from our clients in regards to issues or comments they may have with respect to our services and our staff. This information may be recorded and shared with other members of our team in order to address your concerns in an appropriate manner.
Alive & Well Personal Training may collect contact information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources that we make available on our Site. Web Browser Cookies

Alive & Well Personal Training uses Google Analytics to improve its Web site.
When your computer requests one of our webpages, Alive & Well Personal Training collects the following types of information for Web analytics:

Alive & Well Personal Training uses Google Analytics and the information collected is disclosed to Google Inc., an external third party service provider. The information collected is de-personalized by truncating your IP address. No personally identifying information is recorded or provided to Google.

Display and Remarketing
Alive & Well Personal Training’s website also uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our website. This could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our website; for example, using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network.
