Plank Jump Ins


  1. Start in a basic plank position, supporting yourself on your hands and toes
  2. Set your shoulder blades so that your upper body doesn’t move
  3. Jump your feet in towards your hands then jump your feet back out into a plank and repeat

Things to note

  • When you jump your feet back out, be sure to set yourself into the plank position again with your hips in line with your shoulders and ankles
