The basics

Our Solo Training Sessions (formerly “Open Studio Time“) are available for clients of Alive & Well Personal Training to add an extra workout into their week. We open up our studio to these clients so that they have access to our space and equipment to complete a workout on their own, at their own pace.

How to book

All Solo Training Sessions must be booked in advance either in person/via phone or through the online schedule below. The online booking window opens one (1) day ahead and space is subject to availability.

Equipment access

During your timeslot, you will have access to all of our amenities, including water, towels and equipment. Specific questions regarding technique or general program inquiries should be discussed with your trainer at your next Private or Semi-Private Training Session.

Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend a booked Solo Session, please be sure to cancel online with a minimum of 3 hours notice to prompt a credit on your account for your next booking. Failure to cancel in time will result in a charge of the regular rate for that booking.
