Kelly is a self-proclaimed foodie and the founder of Spectrum Nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia, Kelly has made a career out of her love of food and deep appreciation of “food culture”.
As a registered dietitian, Kelly has seen a very high success rate working with both the general public and those dealing with clinical concerns such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac and food intolerances or allergies.
Stephanie Dang, BSc, RD is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. Stephanie currently works as a clinical dietitian at BC Children’s Hospital, as well as a sports dietitian with high performance athletes at the Richmond Olympic Oval and Mint Club Athletics.
Stephanie specializes in sports nutrition, gut health, disordered eating and eating disorders, and plant-based nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients reach their nutrition goals, whatever they may be, and reminds everyone that eating should be delicious, nutritious, and enjoyable!
Alexandra Inman, BSc, RD is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and is currently working as a clinical dietitian with Fraser Health where she has experience in Medicine, Pediatrics, and Maternity. Alex graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Food, Nutrition, and Health, where she also completed her Dietetics degree.
Alex has a passion for helping people reach their health and wellness goals through evidenced-based nutrition counselling and education. She is particularly interested in plant based diets (vegetarian, vegan), pre- and post-natal nutrition, toddler and child feeding, and digestive health. When she’s not working, you can find Alex experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen or exploring the North Shore mountains.
