How do I know how many sessions I have remaining (and when they expire)?

Purchased sessions remaining on your account

To determine how many purchased sessions you have remaining on your account from your most recent billing cycle(s), follow these steps:

  1. Log into your MINDBODY account from your desktop or mobile site browser*
  2. Select the “Account” link in the upper sub-menu
  3. Scroll to the Pricing options section
  4. Use the “Unbooked/Remaining” column to see how many sessions you have available for use on your account
  5. Use the “Expiration Date” column to see by when those sessions must be used

 

 

Upcoming sessions remaining on your plan

To determine how many billing cycles (and associated sessions) are upcoming within your current plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your MINDBODY account from your desktop or mobile site browser*
  2. Select the “Account” link in the upper sub-menu
  3. Scroll to the Autopays section
  4. Use the “End date” column to determine the remaining length of your plan
  5. Your remaining sessions will be equal to: [the number of months you have left in your plan] x [the number of sessions you complete per month]
