Getting started is as simple as completing two easy steps:
Step 1: Complete your Submission Form
Let us know a little bit about what you’re looking for through our online Submission Form. Within 48 hours of receiving your form, we’ll give you a quick call to get to know you a little better and find the best time to schedule you in for your no-commitment, complimentary Consultation.
Step 2: Join us for a Consultation
Your Initial Consultation is a free, 60-minute meeting where we’ll sit down together and dive deeper into what you’re looking to get out of your training program. We’ll gain clarity about your goals, your history with exercise and any injuries or conditions that are affecting you, then guide you through the details of how we work and how we’ll help you succeed in this endeavour.
Once it all feels like a good fit, we’ll get you all set up to get started and book you in for your first session.
Please note that we’re currently running all of our Initial Consultations through Zoom to encourage enhanced health and safety standards during the COVID-19 pandemic.
