Black bean chocolate cake

Now let’s get one thing straight before we get started here…

By no means are we suggesting that this recipe is incredibly healthy and should therefore be added to the monthly meal rotation, there still is a fair bit of sugar and butter thrown in there; however, we all have those events come up that call for some form of cake or sweet dessert, and it is in these very occasions that the Black Bean Chocolate Cake should be pulled out of the recipe box.

Dazzle your friends and family when you tell them that not only does this cake have zero flour in it (making it, dun da da DA…gluten free), it’s also chalked full of those super-filling, super-good-for-your-digestive-system black beans.
