30 Day Leg Challenge

Ever thought to yourself, “strong, toned legs are for losers” and “I really prefer the look of a saggy bum”? No, we haven’t either…which is why we put together this simple 30 Day Leg Challenge to strengthen those quads, stabilize those hips and work that healthy tush.

The Challenge

Perform three rounds of the exercises shown each day. Hold a dumbbell in each hand if you feel comfortable or start simple and just use your bodyweight.

Be sure to keep good form and focus on using the proper muscles as you go through the workout!
